Milan, February 14, 2025 – UBV Group S.p.A. (“UBV”), an Italian group active in logistics and specialized in international transport and shipping, announces that through its subsidiary UBV Ocean & Air S.p.A. it has acquired 100% of International Services and Logistics Nardi S.r.l. (hereinafter “ISL Nardi”).

Based in Milan, ISL Nardi has been operating since 1949 in the shipping and integrated logistics sector. The group stands out for its strong international presence, also thanks to subsidiaries in China and Turkey. Its broad portfolio of services includes sea, air, land, and rail shipping, as well as advanced 4PL logistics solutions. In 2024, ISL Nardi recorded consolidated revenues of about 60 million euros.
UBV (www.ubvworld.it) is an Italian group specialized in national and international transport and logistics, with daily shipments in Italy, Europe, and worldwide. Over the years, the group has registered steady growth both through acquisitions and internal development. Currently, UBV has 18 branches across Italy, employs over 300 people, and boasts consolidated revenues of around 200 million euros. Today, UBV presents itself with a new brand, UBV World, symbolizing the union and evolution of the group’s companies.
The acquisition of ISL Nardi (www.islnardi.net), which will retain its name and logo, is a strategic operation for UBV that will further consolidate the operational shipping volumes, expand the range of services offered, and start a new phase of internationalization with a particular focus on European and Asian routes. Thanks to ISL Nardi, UBV strengthens its market positioning, assuming an increasingly prominent role in the national and international landscape.
Stefano Guazzaroni, Chairman of ISL Nardi’s Board of Directors, commented: “Daniela Pea and I are very pleased with the agreement reached with such an important group as UBV, which will allow us to grow together and benefit from significant operational and commercial synergies between our realities. We believe this operation represents a strategic choice to successfully face future challenges and can become a driving force for an even more ambitious growth and development phase.”
Pietro Porro, Chairman of UBV’s Board of Directors, commented: “With this new acquisition, the fifteenth in the last 15 years, through our subsidiary UBV Ocean & Air, we have achieved the objectives set at the beginning of the year, namely to have a presence abroad, especially in the strongest market: China. But the real added value is the professionalism of all ISL Nardi personnel; with a company always growing like ours, human resources become indispensable for the future of our group. We are confident that the union of the two companies will lead us to new goals and together we will be able to expand our strategies, not only in Italy and Europe, which are already defined projects, but above all worldwide.”
