Welcome to our company. UBV World, a leader in the transport and logistics sector, has been committed for years to providing innovative, reliable, and sustainable solutions to meet every mobility need.

UBV World was created between 2007 and 2010, following over twenty years of experience in the shipping sector, through the merger of Usmet Spedizioni (founded in 1971 in Milan), Beta Transport (founded in 1983 in Como), and Armando Vidale Group (founded in 1952 in Como).

In the following years, the Group experienced continuous growth both organically and through acquisitions. A key milestone was the entry into ocean and air freight with the launch of UBV Ocean & Air in 2015, followed by the acquisitions of Mercimpex in 2015, OTS in 2021, and ISL NARDI in 2024.

In 2024, UBV World reached a net revenue of approximately 250 million euros and +300 employees.
