Logistical Support for the UAE Cycling Tour 2026

Within high-profile international sporting events, logistics plays a pivotal role in ensuring precision, reliability, and operational continuity. This year once again, we are responsible for managing the shipment and installation of the race management equipment for the UAE Cycling Tour 2026, scheduled to take place in Dubai from February 12 to 22, 2026.

The project began with the collection of the equipment from one of our clients based in the province of Cuneo, a globally recognized leader in the supply of timing systems for race time measurement. This was a highly specialized shipment, requiring meticulous planning and control at every stage of the logistics process.

The air freight shipment was handled in close coordination with our correspondent in the United Arab Emirates, overseeing the entire operational workflow: from issuing the ATA Carnet to managing on-site customs clearance procedures, through to final delivery directly within the race circuit. In addition, we provided on-site support for the installation of the equipment, assisting with the timekeeping operations for race participants.

Following the conclusion of the event, the project will continue with the complete management of the return logistics to Italy, including collection, packing assistance, customs formalities, and final delivery back to the original supplier.
